At Everything Baseball, we work hard to ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Some items, especially personalized, custom, made-to-order, or supplier-shipped products, may require additional processing time. When applicable, approximate shipping or production timeframes are listed on the individual product pages.
All shipping and delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship orders using USPS (United States Postal Service).
For larger, heavier, fragile, or specialty items, we may ship using UPS instead.
The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the item purchased.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within approximately 1–5 business days depending on the destination and carrier.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, and routing issues.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather events, peak holiday demand, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other carrier-related issues.

Because international shipping costs can vary significantly by country, package size, and weight, the amount charged at checkout may not always cover the full actual shipping cost.

Split Shipments
Some orders may ship from multiple suppliers, warehouses, or locations.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will still only be charged shipping based on the merchandise total shown at checkout. Your items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive the shipping confirmation email, since carriers do not always scan packages immediately.
Where Is My Order?
If your package has not arrived yet, please review the following before contacting us:

Second, allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to begin updating after shipment notification.
Third, if tracking shows the package is still in transit, please allow additional time for carrier delays, especially during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume shipping periods.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you do not see it, please:

If you still cannot locate the package after taking those steps, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, we ask that customers first do whatever they can on their end to check tracking, contact the carrier, and look into the delivery status.
If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will assist with the next steps.
We are happy to help with lost package situations, but resolution may depend on the carrier’s tracking records, delivery scan history, and claim process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package needs to be rerouted or reshipped, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis, but in most cases the customer is responsible when the original address was entered incorrectly.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Personalized, custom, and made-to-order items may take longer to produce and ship than standard in-stock items.
Approximate turnaround times for these products are listed on the product pages when available. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, supplier timing, or the specifics of the customization requested.
Because these items are made specifically for the customer, delays are possible and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
